The Harsh Reality
Many people are hopelessly caught in the web of addiction, homelessness, and/or helplessness.
At Shalom Ministry Centre, we endeavor to bring hope to the hopeless through our own personal experience and training, empowering them to become overcomers. We not only believe but are living examples that – “With God ALL things are possible!”

Work and be Productive
Biblical Entrepreneurship is an effective tool that can be used to serve God’s people and further His kingdom on earth. Phoenix Social Enterprises generate funds for the ministry and provide work skill training to individuals, giving them hope and enabling them to become a productive part of society. Present and future enterprises consist of: Phoenix Painting & Decorating, Phoenix Furniture Restoration, and Phoenix Leather Working Shop.
Be Do-ers of the Word
We are a group of people desiring to extend the love of Jesus to our community. We meet together on a regular basis to study and hear the Word, share testimony, and celebrate Jesus through Music and Songs. Our desire is for people to experience the true shalom of completeness, wholeness, health, and peace found only in Jesus.
Make Disciples
As part of God’s family, we all need to learn how to minister effectively to one another, to our communities, and ultimately to the world. Those living at Shalom Discipleship House endeavor to equip each other for the work of God’s calling through Personal Devotions, Bible Studies, and the Twelve Step Program.
Go to the Streets
Many people are hopelessly caught in the web of addiction, homelessness, and helplessness. The Shalom Outreach Ministry team’s goal is to establish a presence and a rapport with individuals who are at urgent risk of becoming homeless and those who are chronically or persistently homeless because of unforeseen circumstances, drug addiction, and mental illness. Through relationship building and Peer Counselling, our desire is to Restore Hearts, Enrich Lives, and Inspire Hope.
