The Coffee Wagon project is intended to create a space where people can come together for some coffee and receive spiritual care and counselling with no strings attached.
Action Plan:
1) Launch the Shalom Coffee Wagon
1.1 Fundraising Objective
1.2 Began to operate to form friendships
1.3 Formed the band of volunteers
1.4 Began peer counselor (volunteers)
1.5 Introduce the Technology to assist of finding home and assessing government service and service provider
1.6 Began seeking Government funding program
1.6.1 Beginning hiring Staff for Tenant support worker
1.6.2 Hiring a housing specialist
2) Promoting Housing First Approach.
2.1 Assessing the Hub Center of Abbotsford coordinating by housings specialist
2.2 Creating and Promoting Low Barriers Housing
2.3 Developing a Scattered Bank Site:
2.3.1 Creating a Landlord Liaison Protocol.
2.3.2 Creating a conflict resolution plan for Landlord and Tennant.
